According to the information in the media, the memorandum contains basic information about the project, the legal framework in the country, as well as an analysis of the market situation in the region.

It has been sent to the candidates in April 2020, after they signed confidentiality agreements on the project.

Due to the measures in connection with the corona virus pandemic, the information memorandum was sent online in order to create optimal conditions for the candidates to apply.

 

According to the media information the term for developing of binding proposals will start with the date when a physical access of the candidates to the so called “project data room” in the offices of NEK is ensured.
